Quick answers
Short notes to help you decide. More details in our Resources.
BOP vs General Liability—what’s the difference?
GL handles third-party injury/property claims. A BOP bundles GL with property (your space, equipment, inventory) and often business income—usually cheaper than buying separate policies.
Do I need Workers’ Comp for 1099s?
Rules vary by state and contract. Many primes require WC regardless of W-2/1099 status. We’ll review your setup and advise on the cleanest path to compliance.
Can you add Additional Insured or Waiver wording?
Yes—most carriers support AI and Waiver of Subrogation with the right endorsements. Send the contract; we’ll match wording or provide carrier-approved equivalents.
How fast can you issue a COI?
Same day for most requests received before 3:00pm. Complex wording or new endorsements may add a short review window—we’ll let you know immediately.
